2. Gift box
Each crystal is supplied in a high quality satin lined presentation gift box with a white sleeve around the outside. Gift boxes and sleeves can be branded to your requirements. Colors Available: Red, Navy blue, Black, Green, golden....and also 4 color printing box can be customized.
3. Customized Logo & text engraving
Shining Crystal provide services for engraving customer s logo and text on(in) the crystals by sand etched and laser engraving. We own three high tech laser machines.
4. Shipping
We provide fast shipping for hurry orders by courier company like, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, EMS. It takes 3-7 working days to deliver the goods Door to Door. We can get the cheapest rate for this shipping.
Air shipping is usally choson as it is cheaper than Courier company. It takes always 7 working dates to arrive the destination port. We have strong cooperated air shipping company backed up which gaurantee save shipping.
Ocean Shipping is the most popular way of transporation considering its low cost. It takes always 15-40 days according to different port. Goods volume less than 1 CBM or Total Gross weight less than 500KGS will not be considered to use Ocean shipping
5. Payment terms
We accept Western Union and TT
Western Union is applied in small amount like sample set up charges and freight cost.
TT is always 30% deposit for production and the Balance paid against the copy B/L
6. Flawed Products issue
We will solve flawed products issue if any. If customer feadback flawed issue within two months after receiving goods. We will make efforts to solve it reasonalbly.
